Hi, I’m Chad! I’m a Registered Massage Therapist with a background in Kinesiology from UBC, as well as personal training, fitness, and rehabilitation.

I’ve always enjoyed staying active and helping others do the same. I grew up playing basketball and volleyball and continue to enjoy both recreationally today. Through sports, fitness, and working through my own injuries, I’ve come to appreciate how much pain and tension can affect not only how we move, but how we feel in our everyday lives.

I work with a wide range of clients and take a whole-body approach to treatment. While neck, shoulder, and upper-back tension are some of the more common concerns I see, I believe it’s important to look at how the body works together rather than focusing on one area alone. Sometimes where we feel pain isn’t necessarily where the problem begins.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, keeping up with your kids, staying active, or simply looking to move and feel better, my goal is to help you feel stronger, move more confidently, and continue doing the things that are important to you. I also enjoy providing simple, practical, and realistic home-care recommendations that fit into busy lifestyles and can make a meaningful difference between appointments.

Outside of the clinic, you’ll usually find me working out, playing sports, travelling, trying new food spots, or spending time with my corgi, Nori.
